Dirk Tulp is Head of People & Culture and joined CraigCare in August 2018. Prior to CraigCare, he has held HR roles in healthcare, government and the private sector. In Western Australia, he has worked with Southern Cross Care (WA), Metcash and Greyhound.
Before moving to Western Australia in 2012, Dirk was Human Resource Manager for 5 years with the NZ taxation office with 6500 employees.
Throughout his career, Dirk has demonstrated the importance of balancing operational and strategic human resources by ensuring operational initiates deliver the organisational long-term strategies.
In 2017 when he joined the aged care sector, Dirk has been able to utilise his diverse skill set within the environment of reform, to meet and deliver on the organisational deliverables.
Dirk finds the opportunity to develop and empower people rewarding as it also provides the chance to reflect and identify areas where he can further enhance his own skill set.
