Elizabeth Miller is the Workforce Solutions Manager at Diligent Health, bringing a strong background in psychology and cultural anthropology, combined with extensive experience in the health industry. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Cultural Anthropology, Elizabeth has a keen understanding of human behaviour and cultural dynamics, which she applies to her work in workforce solutions. 


With over 8 years of experience in healthcare, Elizabeth has successfully managed PALM operations International Nurses and served as Director of Short-Term Nurse Contracts. She has a proven track record of deploying 150 workers to a single aged care provider, ensuring immediate roster stability. Her expertise extends to deploying short-term nurses across Australia, with a particular focus on  regional and remote communities. 


Elizabeth’s strategic approach to workforce management and her commitment to meeting the unique needs of aged care facilities have made her an invaluable asset to the Diligent Health team. Her ability to swiftly align skilled professionals with the right opportunities ensures that facilities are well-equipped to provide high-quality care, even in the most challenging environment.
