Rebecca Pacey

Rebecca is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience across the resources, IT, professional services, and aged care sectors. She brings a wealth of expertise in leading strategy, business transformation, and digitalisation through technology, driven by her deep passion for people and culture. Currently, Rebecca serves as the Chief People & Transformation Officer at Infinite Care, a national residential aged care provider. Her role has further fuelled her dedication as a staunch advocate for aged care.  Rebecca is a strong proponent of diversity and inclusion. She actively contributes to the community as a board member of the Multicultural Communities Council and Cura, organisations that provide home care and disability services.
