Sara Allotta has an extensive background in strategic global talent location and immigration practice. Having worked in a range of roles within recruitment and global mobility, Sara has worked within diverse organisations, from big 4 consulting firms to the not-for-profit sector. She is a strategist at heart and is driven to dismantle barriers and risks by finding equitable solutions to recruit for longevity, driving down on- hire labour spend in the aged care industry. In her role as Group International Sourcing Manager at Bolton Clarke, Australia’s largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider, Sara is disrupting aged care recruitment norms and leads a number of international recruitment programs, including the largest direct employer intake of PALM workers in aged care under the Aged Care Expansion Scheme.
