Stephen Thomas is an experienced People and Culture executive with strong strategic leadership and commitment to fostering an engaged, positive and inclusive workplace.
Stephen has extensive sector knowledge and experience, having lead people functions for both privately owned and not for profit aged care and disability service providers in Western Australia. Coupled with strong commercial acumen, Stephen is an effective business leader with an employee centred approach.
As the Chief People Officer at Amana Living, Stephen’s leadership spans Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Safety Health and Wellness, Learning and Organisational Development and Payroll functions, as well as the Registered Training Organisation, the Amana Living Training Institute. In this role and as a member of the executive leadership team, Stephen has contributed significantly to shaping Amana Living’s culture and enhancing its reputation as an employer of choice.
